On completion of any service or repair work we label equipment, then we produce a clear, precise record of work carried out on the electro-medical or rehabilitation equipment. We print these reports and leave copies while on the premises.
We keep a complete record of each visit and recall the service history before our next visit. This enables us to locate every item each visit, and if necessary, update with new items. This system has proven to be of great value to our clients, and has even assisted Health Authorities in the recovery of stolen items of equipment.
EME Services Ltd provides your clinic or department with the following:
- A full precise easy to read record of work carried out on every visit
- The equipment make, model and respective serial numbers are recorded
- A continuous running record of the equipment history, performance, output and electrical safety readings (Health and Safety Annual Requirement)
- As a back-up, we keep a record of your items of equipment on our system
- Reporting that is compliant and acknowledged by in-house ISO procedures
